Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap
between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include requirements
elicitation, documentation, and ensuring the alignment of software solutions with business goals.
Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical
requirements. - Identify, define, and prioritize project requirements, ensuring they align with business
objectives.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements
Documents (FRD), and other documentation as required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project requirements and changes.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize your technical skills to facilitate effective communication between business and
development teams. - Evaluate technical feasibility and provide insights on implementation.
BA Tools and Methodologies:
- Leverage BA tools and methodologies to streamline the requirements gathering and
documentation process. - Stay updated on industry best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 5 years in the role of a Business Analyst, with a strong foundation in
BA fundamentals. Accounting ERP domain BA are preferred. - Technical skills and proficiency with BA tools and methodologies.
- Experience in business and functional document writing, including Business Requirements
Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). - Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
